who are we?

The White Closet celebrates women with independent style and creativity and is proud to showcase a collection that is a step away from the ordinary and a nod to vintage.

Since opening its doors in 2009, the boutique’s unique appeal has struck a chord with many of its visitors – pulling in brides from around the UK, Europe and as far as Australasia.

This twice award-nominated boutique showcases some of the industry’s most sought-after designers who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries.

The White Closet offers its brides the very best in bridal from its stunning and carefully considered collection right through to its experienced and talented team – click above to read more about its team.

Stepping foot inside the boutique, you’ll be greeted by beautiful gowns swinging from Victorian pulley maids in a space that has been successfully blended with vintage Parisian style and charm – a visit to The White Closet should be on every bride’s dress search radar.

Please note: Due to demand for appointments at The White Closet, it’s advised to book well ahead for all appointments, particularly Saturdays.

Nikki Graeme

As founder of The White Closet, Nikki’s inspiration for creating a bridal boutique was borne out of her struggle to find her own wedding dress.

The former journalist set out to create a vintage-inspired bridal boutique that offered the fashion conscious bride some of the industries most talked about and talented designers.

Her ethos was simple: to create a magical and memorable ‘White Closet’ experience for every bride who walks through the door.

Running a business with a baby and a talkative toddler, Nikki is a busy-bee and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Likes: A good wedding, jetting off to sunny locations and spending time with her husband and family.
